The Real Photography Company is responding to the cost of living crisis by offering a series of fun photography workshops once a week at the cosy Darkrooms at St Pauls Learning Centre. Our Winter Warmer Photography workshops start on Thurs 12 Jan and will run till Thurs 9 March from 10.30am till 1pm, to be followed by a free hot lunch at Glen’s Café. The maximum group size is 10 participants, who will be able to participate in alternative and experimental darkroom photography activities including pinhole photography, solargraphy, cyanotype printing and photograms, as well as some traditional developing and printing techniques. Individuals can book by emailing us, first come first served.
Workshops are run by the Real Photography Company Directors and a team of trained Volunteers, and will provide a warm friendly place to socialise whilst enjoying new creative experiences. All materials and refreshments, including lunch, provided. No photography experience necessary, all welcome.
Winter Warmer Photography Workshops are funded by Bristol City Council with Quartet via the Social Action Small Grant Scheme.
